Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Invaria handles information submitted through assessments, report requests and direct contact. It is a working policy and will evolve with the platform and its service providers.

Data Collection

Invaria collects information that you choose to provide when using the platform, including assessment responses and an email address when you request a report. Basic technical information may also be processed to operate, secure and improve the service.

We aim to collect only the information needed to provide assessments, reports and related professional services.

Assessment Data

Assessment responses are used to calculate the result shown to you and to generate the requested report. Responses may also be reviewed in aggregate to improve question quality and understand common governance challenges.

Assessment outputs are orientation tools. You should avoid submitting confidential, classified or highly sensitive information through free-text fields or email correspondence unless an appropriate engagement is in place.

Email Usage

When you provide an email address, Invaria uses it to deliver the requested report, send essential service communications and notify the internal team of the assessment request.

We do not sell email addresses. Any future marketing communication will include an appropriate way to opt out.

Cookies

The current platform may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required for security, continuity and basic functionality. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated.

Data Retention

Assessment and contact records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver reports, respond to requests, maintain operational records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the interaction and whether a professional engagement follows the assessment.

Contact

Questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to admin@invaria.pro. We will review requests in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
