Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Invaria platform, its assessments and generated reports. They are a working draft for the current service and may be updated as the platform develops.
Use of Service
You may use the Invaria platform for lawful internal evaluation and informational purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for ensuring that your use does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.
You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use automated means in a way that disrupts normal service operation.
Assessments
Invaria assessments provide an initial, structured indication based on the answers supplied. Results are not a certification, formal expert opinion or determination of legal compliance.
Assessment questions simplify complex organizational and regulatory conditions. Professional review may be necessary before relying on a result for material decisions.
Reports
Generated reports are provided for the recipient’s internal use. They reflect the assessment definition and responses available at the time of generation and may become outdated as systems, facts or regulations change.
Reports do not constitute legal advice, regulatory approval or a guarantee that all relevant risks have been identified.
Intellectual Property
The Invaria name, assessment structures, report formats, written materials and platform design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.
You may retain and internally share reports generated for your organization, but may not reproduce or commercialize the assessment methodology without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Invaria is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on an automated assessment result or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate professional engagement will be governed by its own agreed terms.
